The full post conference report of the CIRCLE Round Table in Moscow in 1991 was only published in French (Participation a la vie culturelle en Europe - tendences, strategies et clefs by La Documentation Francaise, the French Government publishers, 1994, ISBN 2-11-0031-36-0, pp 229).

The data on participation was issued separately in English in 1991 by Zentrum fur Kulturforschung/ARCult, Bonn, as Participation in Cultural Life: Papers presented to the European Round Table on Cultural Research, Moscow 1991 (pp 335).

A post conference report was also issued in a limited edition and simple format in 1993 (Cultural Participation in Europe: Trends, Strategies and Challenges, pp 182). However, this was for the Council of Europe and was not fully edited.
